- I am top graduate of RMIT University and recipient of a prestigious international scholarship to study at The Fashion Institute of Technology (New York) combined with significant work experience across the fashion industry both locally and internationally.
In my internship at Vouge I was Fashion and Accessories Assistant. I Developed a computer system and process to improve fashion and accessories boards, and train senior editors and staff in its use, now the standard at Vogue. High involvement with accessories for shoots. Team member for Vogue photo shoots eg: Vogue March 2010 Spring Cover, featuring actor Tina Fay. Team member working with fashion director, Tonne Goodman and photographer, Mario Testino and Steven Klein. Wardrobe preparation, workflow timing, styling and coordination. .
I was Assistant designer working along side Loris Diran of a ‘12 look collection’, for NY Fashion Week, Spring 2010 collection. Production of clothing of runway and commercial wear. Coordinated fashion show back stage; organised and trained interns; advised model fittings, sourced fabrics and colour palettes, worked to strict dead lines and coordinated production times.
